Vacayge is a direct booking platform for short-term rental properties operated by Frahm.agency, based in Ormond Beach, Florida. When you use Vacayge (vacayge.com), you are interacting with services operated by Frahm.agency.

We collect information you provide directly when making a booking:

• Full name and email address
• Check-in and check-out dates and number of guests
• Payment information — processed securely by Stripe; we never store your card details

We also collect limited technical data automatically, including your IP address, browser type, and pages visited, to operate and improve the platform.

• To process and confirm your booking
• To send booking confirmation emails to you and the property owner
• To prevent fraud and verify identity during checkout
• To respond to support inquiries
• To improve the platform and troubleshoot issues

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not use your information for advertising purposes.

Vacayge uses the following third-party services to operate. Each has its own privacy policy governing how they handle data:

We use essential cookies to keep you logged in to the owner dashboard and to maintain session state during checkout. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. You may disable cookies in your browser settings, though some platform features may not function correctly without them.

We retain booking records for a minimum of 7 years to comply with applicable tax and financial recordkeeping requirements. You may request deletion of your personal data by contacting us at hello@frahm.agency, subject to any legal retention obligations.

You have the right to:
