Terms of Service

Vacayge is a direct booking platform connecting guests with short-term rental property owners in Volusia County, Florida. We facilitate bookings and payment processing but are not a party to the rental agreement between guest and host.

• Bookings are confirmed only after successful payment processing via Stripe
• All prices are displayed in US dollars and include a 2.5% platform service fee
• Cleaning fees, if applicable, are disclosed before checkout and are non-refundable
• You must be at least 18 years of age to make a booking
• The number of guests may not exceed the maximum listed for the property

Vacayge charges a 2.5% booking fee on the total nightly rate. This fee is included in the price shown at checkout. Property owners pay a separate setup fee of $750 to list their property on the platform. Guests are never charged hidden fees beyond what is displayed at the time of booking.

Cancellation policies are set by individual property owners and are disclosed on each property listing page before you book. By completing a booking, you agree to the cancellation policy shown for that property. Vacayge's 2.5% platform fee is non-refundable in the event of a cancellation.

To cancel a booking, contact us at hello@frahm.agency with your booking confirmation number.

• Guests are responsible for leaving the property in the condition it was found
• Unauthorized parties, events, or guests beyond the listed maximum are prohibited
• Guests must comply with all house rules provided by the property owner
• Damages to the property are the financial responsibility of the guest
• Check-in and check-out times must be observed as communicated by the host

Property owners listing on Vacayge represent and warrant that:

• Their property complies with all applicable local, state, and federal laws, including Volusia County STR regulations
• The property is accurately described and photos are current and representative
• They will honor all confirmed bookings
• They hold any required licenses or permits for short-term rental operation

Frahm.agency provides Vacayge as a booking facilitation platform. We are not responsible for the condition of rental properties, the conduct of guests or hosts, personal injury, property damage, or any disputes between guests and hosts.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Frahm.agency's total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the amount of the platform fee paid in connection with the booking giving rise to the claim.

All content on Vacayge — including the platform design, branding, code, and copy — is owned by Frahm.agency and may not be reproduced without written permission. Property photos remain the property of their respective owners.

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to circumvent booking fees or process payments outside the platform
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent booking information
• Interfere with the operation of the platform or its infrastructure

Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of Vacayge shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Volusia County, Florida.

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes take effect upon posting to this page. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
